Ridesh Tamang is a versatile guitarist and musician from Kathmandu, actively performing, composing and teaching music.
He has been playing guitar since 2008 and has built his musical identity around progressive rock, djent, metal, thrash and experimental styles, while remaining open to multiple genres.
Known for his dynamic stage presence, high-energy performance and connecting with the audience, Ridesh is also passionate about music education and mentoring young guitarists, sharing his experiences through structured lessons, workshops and one-on-one instruction.

Ridesh joined ROCKHEADS in 2022 and has been performing as one of Nepal's leading rock bands.
He has made his contributions in live arrangements, songwriting and guitar compositions.
FRAGMENTS
(2014 - 2020)
Ridesh founded and led the progressive heavy metal band FRAGMENTS, blending thrash roots with modern progressive rock / metal elements.
Also the winner of ICMC Band Festival, Fragments performed at national music festivals including Show No Mercy, Break The Wall and The Underground Gig.
In 2018, Ridesh travelled to Europe to perform in the event Classical Music from Himalayas as Fragments Trio.
